Game Procedures
Entry fees for each team have been paid by a check from your State Association to Region III. Please contact your State Association for their fee to your team. Each team is required to post a bond in the amount of $1,000.00. This bond is required to be a check payable to US Youth Soccer Region III (this bond may have been posted for you by your State). The Region will hold the check and not cash it unless the team is required to forfeit its bond. The check is to be mailed immediately to the Western Sub-Region (PLW) Director as follows:

Travel Permits are not required for PLW Premier League play.
Each team is required to furnish to the referee a GotSoccer roster certified by their home association at each game.
Each team must present their US Youth Soccer Player Passes to the referee at each game. The referee will hold the passes until the completion of the game. It is the responsibility of the team to obtain the Passes from the Referee at the completion of the game.
The Game Report is to be printed by each team immediately prior to each game and brought to the game by each team. The referee will select one of the Game Reports to use. Each team is to complete their portion of the Game Report used by the referee prior to the beginning of the game. The completed Game Report is to be given to the referee. The team representative of each team is to sign the Game Report at the conclusion of the game verifying the accuracy of the Game Report. The signed Game Report is to be turned into the field coordinator by the referee. In the event that there is not a field coordinator present at the complex, the team from the hosting State will be responsible for emailing (preferred) or faxing a copy of the completed Game Report to the hosting State’s PLW Representative within 24 hours of the game. The original completed Game Report is to be delivered to the hosting State’s PLW Representative as rapidly as possible after the conclusion of the game (immediate mailing is acceptable for the delivery of the original Game Report).
Each team is to report the scores of their games directly into the management program on the web site. This can be done by phone. Call 1-866-391-0662. The event code is 18501. PIN # is 4321. You will need the game number and jersey # of any player carded along with the reason for the card. The system will guide you through the process.
In the event of an ejection during the game, the Region III Premier League Ejection Report must be completed and submitted to the Region III Premier League West Discipline & Protest Chairman (Russ Lissuzzo at PLWReport@yahoo.com (Preferred) or to Fax #918-627-2693 cover page required) within 48 hours of the completion of the game. The teams will occupy the same side of the field. Teams are to remain on their half of the field between the halfway line and eighteen yards from their goal line. A limit of four adults with USYS adult passes will be allowed with each team. Spectators are to occupy the opposite side of the field from the teams on the same end of the field as their team bench area.
In South Texas, South Texas will pay the referees. In North Texas, the North Texas team will pay the referees at each match. In Oklahoma, the Oklahoma teams will pay the referees.
